Job descriptions for UX Designers are replete with complex-sounding technical descriptions of skill sets. How do you make sense of it all to forge a mid-life career in this highly sought-after field?

First off, you need to get your mind around the fact that UX, or User Experience, is a huge area of knowledge that involves engineers, psychologists, marketers, sociologists, and mathematicians.
