Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Private Limited launched their new Activa 125cc at 56,954 (ex-showroom Delhi) rupees in India. This is India’s first scooter enabled with BS-IV Engine and it also features the Automatic Headlamp On (AHO) feature.
Honda Motorcycle’s Senior Vice President Yadwinder Singh Guleria talks about the new Activa 125 and said, ‘Activa 125 is the highest selling 125cc automatic scooter in India, which has more than 6 lacs consumer and these data constantly growing. This scooter has (AHO) and BS-IV both standards. New frontastic style, new LED position lights and equipped with chrome chest, the new alloy variant is equipped with many great features. We believe that the new Activa 125 will make their position stronger and stable in the year 2017-18.’
The new Activa 125 comes with the new mobile phone charging socket and never lets your phone down or out of power. Retractable front hook will give you extra storage as well with the style.
Honda’s latest Combi Brake System (CBS) uses equaliser to distribute the braking force equally on front and rear wheels and the braking distance decreases. In this situation, this braking gives rider more self-confidence as compared to the traditional braking.
So as not Activa 125 is the India’s first automatic scooter has (AHO) and BS-IV standards both.
New Activa 125 advantages are that it improves the visibility of the vehicle in all circumstances (Morning, Evening, Rain, and Fog etc.) and road accidents also likely will be less. On consumers demand, Honda introduces a new mid variant – Alloy wheels with drum brakes too.
