As like Cucumber Watermelon also has plenty of water and fibre; which is a bit tougher to digest. Along with this it has sugar too in it which causes stomach inflation.

Milk products such as milk have sugar lactose in it, which many people not able to digest. It causes gas and abdominal cramps in stomach. Many people get sick with diarrhea disease after drinking milk.
