Xiaomi Mi A3 is launched in India with triple camera android one, Prices starts from 12999 Rupees

Xiaomi India has launched their latest Mi A3 smartphone in India in an event held on The Lalit hotel in New Delhi at 21st August 2019. The device is the successor of its predecessor Mi A2 and A3 is a massive upgrade over Mi A2 in all aspects.

The smartphone is launched with AI triple rear cameras setup with Android One OS. The smartphone is coming with trendy and attractive gradient back panel with glossy finish protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

The Mi A3 features houses a 48 Megapixel Main Rear Camera accompanied by the 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor and a 2MP depth sensors. The highlight of the smartphone is the AI triple cameras in the backside, Xiaomi is using the 48 MP main Sony IMX586 sensor of f/1.79 aperture to capture the crisper images; the 8 MP ultra-wide-angle sensor comes with 118° FOV (field of view) to capture wider shots without any distortion and noise in images; and a 2 MP sensor is used to capture the depth of field information. The cameras are capable to record 4K videos and come with EIS support to reduce the shakes and movements while capturing photos and videos.

The device features a 32 megapixel FF (fixed focus) selfie camera on the front features 1.6μm 4-in-1 Super Pixel Design with 5pc lens, ƒ/2.0, 79° FOV (field of view). The front camera lets you capture the panorama selfie as well to capture more people in your selfies.

The Smartphone comes with a 6.08 inches Super AMOLED HD+ display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, NTSC 102.7% color gamut, 2.5D curved glass back with rounded display corners. The display is protected by the 3 layer coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 said by the Manu Kumar Jain in the launch event.

The smartphone comes equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE Octa-core Kryo 260 CPU of up to 2.0 GHz processor made with 11 mm FinFET process and Adreno 610 GPU. The device comes in 2 variants first is 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage and second is with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. The device comes with hybrid slots and lets you use either of 2 SIM cards or 1 SIM card and 1 memory card of up to 256 GB.

The device comes pre-loaded with the Android Pie OS and runs on Android One OS, it means, you will receive the latest software updates quicker than other devices directly from Google. The smartphone houses a 4030 mAh battery supports Quick Charge 3.0 with 18W fast charging technology. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor, USB Type C, 3.5mm earphone jack, IR blaster, 4G Dual SIM connectivity options.

The smartphone is available in 3 colour options; Kind of Grey, Not just Blue and More than White. In terms of pricing, the 4GB RAM with 64 GB storage is priced at rupees 12,999 and 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is priced at rupees 15,999 and this is the first time the company has launched an Android One smartphone in India in less than 15000 rupees.

Google has acquainted the infinite scrolling into mobile search results pages.

Where there used to be page numbers at the base of SERPs there is currently a “more results” button appears. Tapping on the button will produce more search results to load up on the same page.

Google has confirmed this is only a “test.” However, it’s not a kind of test that shows up every so often. The “more results” button appeared for each search I performed today in the Google application and different mobile browsers.

Delhivery courier boy misbehaved (screamed and abuses) with customer for Xiaomi delivery

Delhi is the capital of India and is known as the busiest metropolitan city in India. Generally, nobody is going to tolerate you if you are screaming or abusing someone in a city like Delhi. The same incident happened with a person of Delhi when he purchased a device from Xiaomi.

Customer made some orders from Xiaomi and Delhivery is the delivery partner to deliver those products to the doorstep of the customer. As per our discussion with the customer he told us the entire incident, which is as follows:

Without any notification, courier boy reached the customer’s house with the parcel and without any notification, it’s usual that sometimes people don’t have enough money.

The same thing happen with the customer as well, he didn’t have the appropriate amount so customer’s mother requested the courier boy to reschedule the delivery (for tomorrow) on next day. After hearing this, he just started screaming and abusing the lady and this is not enough, after abusing the lady, he called the customer and started screaming and abusing customer as well.

We have heard the call recording and seen the phone and email as well and found that customer didn’t have any notification about the delivery.

In fact, till now, no actions have been taken from the Delhivery or either Xiaomi yet, to resolve the issue and customer is very upset and feeling unsafe. It feels like anyone can come to your home and easily started screaming and abusing you. It is not really good to see that the customer who’s going to pay you is getting misbehaved by your own team members.


Such incidents are rising day by day in Delhi and people are getting frustrated with the online shopping as they are facing such issues. Xiaomi and Delhivery, both need to send the notification to remind customers in the morning that their package is coming today. If customers will get enough time or earlier notification, then definitely they will keep ready the cash and there is no need for rescheduling the delivery.

Instead of troubling customers, delighting them is a great option so that they can recommend you more customers. Otherwise, they will start posting negative reviews for you which can damage your brand value.
